At approximately 10:30 a.m. on a recent Saturday, a tragedy occurred in Chino Hills. California law enforcement authorities say a collision took place between a motorcycle and another vehicle. When patrol officers arrived at the scene, they found several good Samaritans performing CPR on the motorcyclist.
Rescuers transported the motorcyclist to the hospital
When rescue workers arrived, they continued to apply life-saving measures to try to save the motorcyclist. Sadly, however, he succumbed to his injuries sometime after arriving at the hospital. Preliminary investigations showed that the driver of the other vehicle was exiting a parking lot when he collided with the motorcyclist.
Investigators publish phone number for witnesses to call
Police have published a phone number, requesting calls from anyone who may have information regarding the collision. Shopping center parking lots like the one where this crash occurred are often high-risk areas for those in motor vehicles, as well as pedestrians. In many cases, driver negligence is determined to have been a cause of collision.
